I started working with Sharon earlier this year as I needed help to fine tune my nutrition as it related to my marathon training, and help to loose those last few pounds while training, which was not an easy task! During our first consultation, Sharon and helped me to devise a nutritional plan which I found really easy to follow. Since working with Sharon, I have met and exceed my goal for weight loss, and I have a solid and sustainable nutrition plan that helps me to train effectively and efficiently. Sharon as a dietitian has helped me to be accountable for my health. Working with her has been a great experience. I ‘ve learned a lot about nutrition. She did a body composition analysis, she looked into my diet and she made some recommendations based on her findings.
